Shipping Policy -

Standard shipping time is 5-7 business days.  If an item is out of stock we will notify you with backorder status and availability.  All purchases are sent via Insured USPS PriorityMail.  Flat shipping/handling fee of $9.95 to Continental USA.

Return Policy -

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, Karen Weiss, Ltd. will accept returns within 7 days of receipt of purchase.  All returns will be credited back to credit card less shipping. 

Damages -

Each buckle is hand-crafted and should be handled with care.  If your buckle needs repair, please email for return instructions.

Size Exchange Policy -

No charge for size exchange.  Return shipping to be paid by purchaser.  Re-shipping fee of $9.95 charged to credit card.
